Curry Lobster

As you know we can curry almost any dish. Seafood is no exception. Below is a wonderful recipe for Curry Lobster. Nothing like eating fresh lobster with the view of the ocean. That is my dream anyway.


  • 2 lb fresh lobster meat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2-3 blades escallion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornflour


  1. Pour hot boiling water over lobster meat.
  2. Wash with vinegar and water.
  3. Sauté sliced seasonings in oil or butter
  4. Add curry lobster
  5. Cook for 8 minutes.
  6. Add 1/3 cup water
  7. Season with salt & pepper
  8. Thicken with cornflour to make gravy.
  9. Cook for 8 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with white rice.

jon very easy to prepare. We are in the Lobster season now, so tell me what you think
