See what people don't realize is that their is a difference between cow foot soup and cow foot stew. One important difference is that you add more water to make the soup. The key flavor to Cow foot is pimento (allspice) and thyme. Well thyme is a key to many island dishes.

  • 1 whole scotch bonnet pepper for taste (should have the stem)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup water

METHOD:

  1. Season Cow foot with pimento, onion, crushed garlic, pepper & salt
